So, I went today (6/27/22), and got the organic pedicure and emphasized on callus remover. I booked an appointment for myself and 2 of my friends to go. We get there for our appointment, on time, and there was a wait time. We didn’t get seen until about 30 minutes after our appointed time, and still had to wait for an opening for one of us. The gentleman who worked on my feet, took his time, and cared for my toes, cuticles and massage. But barely touched the callused areas of my feet with this little gizmo thing. I am disappointed at the end, simply because what I came in for, was not taken care of, and creating an appointment, only to not have it be honored.
