My sister first told me about Avalon (and Flavia ) years ago when they were located in New Bedford, MA. My first experience was in New Bedford and the beauty of the surroundings, the professionalism of the staff, and the products and results were impressive. I indulged in their hydrafacials (have never had another one that equals Avalon’s) and massage therapy. This is when I first met Flavia and was thrilled with her artistic and experienced technique with injectables. She is truly gifted. Shortly thereafter they opened the spa in Dartmouth. This is an exceptional establishment, luxurious, yet comfortable, exciting yet relaxing. I have also visited the spa in Bristol, RI and although smaller than Dartmouth, maintains the same elegance, professional and individualized care that Avalon has become known for. I believe that it is due to the skills and products used by the staff at Avalon that creates such exceptional results. I can only speak to the facials, massage, OPUS, and injectables, but you can be sure you will here from me after I experience the new laser treatment that is being debuted on September 15, 2022. Botox started to fade within a month. Asked to be seen- was lied to by registered nurse that I got a different toxin then charged me for additional botox units. I went back again and got botox that did not even work. Posted a pic on here saying the amount I paid for and a pic of the many creases on my forehead but it magically disappeared plan on going to a new spa to test my theory of dilution out.

I would highly recommend her services!In addition, I had an eyebrow tattoo done by Kim Parent. She is also an excellent clinician who is truly gifted with the work she does! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI recently purchased a home in Fairhaven, and I was trying to find a spa in the area that offers everything from Botox to skin care, I like many of you used the trusty Google app to locate med spas in my area and immediately drawn to Avalon spa because of their fantastic google my business rating! I knew that I was going to a very reputable place but was still nervous because I’ve never done Botox before.When my appointment they came I drove to the location in Dartmouth and immediately was blown away with how beautiful the facility is. It is so clean and aesthetically pleasing‘s and it’s just calming and inviting. 10/10 aesthetically!I was greeted by two wonderful beautiful young ladies that work at the front desk they were so helpful and kind and made me feel very comfortable. I filled out some paperwork which I considered to be extremely extensive and thorough so right away I knew that they took this very seriously. A young lady came in brought me into a room and took photos and asked me if I would be OK with them posting my results which of course I absolutely was.Then my nurse aesthetician Flávia Brought me into her office where we chatted for a few moments about what I wanted to do and my different options. Then she brought me up to her room and got started on my Botox and my lip filler it was relatively painless she was amazing and excellent very very professional extremely kind mannered and I felt very comfortable and at ease and confident in her. She explained that I would have some swelling after she gave me an ice pack it was all very pleasant experience. My Botox and lip filler after one week was totally healed and working and I was thrilled with the results!A few weeks went by I think maybe four and I started to notice movement back in my forehead so I called the spa and They were very accommodating and because I had a facial appointment booked for today They said that Flávia would be able to see me right after and take a look. Oh my facial was incredible, The aesthetician I saw Marina I believe (I sincerely apologize if I got your name incorrectly) was wonderful very calming and knowledgeable and my skin is literally radiating glow! , Flávia Took me into her office after and examined my Botox then we took a second batch of photos just to compare the difference and even though I maybe noticed a little bit of movement come back the difference from before I had the Botox and now is crazy great end it looks still wonderful she did explain to me that sometimes Wilcox comes back a little bit faster but it should be OK for at least three months so she injected me for a touchup which I thought it was incredibly professional and courteous of her.All in all I walked out of the spa again today extremely happyI have now decided I will do all of my skin care needs at Avalon med spa! I have a couples massage being booked for a couple of weeks from now and we cannot wait!In my opinion Avalon med spa is hands-down 20/10 and the best spa in Massachusetts! I wish they offered hair services so I could exclusively go to them but I am so happy I found this place.I just want to say thank you to everyone that works there you are all excellent high-quality technicians and People! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience (which btw was my first having any injectables). Flavia was recommended to me as someone who does natural work and she did not disappoint. I had my lips done and her recommendation about what I should do resulted in exactly what I was hoping for. I am a repeat customer for sure. If you’re on the fence run don’t walk to see Flavia……oh and the facility is gorgeous and the staff is soooo nice! Total win/win
