DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ! I walked in for a broken toe nail to get fixed, and at first they looked so surprised by what I asked, then they said they’ll do it. I asked how much they charge for it, and they said $10 which is twice everywhere else . When I told them that all other places that I have been charge only $5 for this service, they said ” you can go somewhere else” and turned their backs on me. I mean WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!!

I have been going here for years and I always get the best full face wax at this salon. That I have zero complaints towards since today was just as great as my other visits and the work was incredibly clean and nice. Yet I still had bits of wax on my face when I came home.

I wish I could rate them lower. It’s a nice looking salon so I wanted to see how their service would be. Well, the answer is terrible. I got four nails repaired and a new gel polish. Not only are my nails misshapen but the lady doing my nails acted as if she could have been spending her time on something better. And the cherry on top was when I went to pay, she charged me 50 dollars to repair 4 nails and a polish change. No wonder I was the only one in there. Never again. Don’t waste your money here.

I basically paid $50 for someone who had ZERO desire to give me a pedicure, to wash my feet and paint my toe nails…. never asked me what color I wanted, didn’t scrub any of the dead skin off… nothing. My daughter’s manicure was just as bad. She just needed a fill, she was told that the design she wanted (French but with black tips) was too difficult and that she could get plain nails with no base coat… horrible, horrible place..It was my first and definitely my last time there.

This salon is amazing! Linda and Lynn are always so friendly. I’ve been coming here to Linda for years and she’s always done a amazing job. When you get a pedicure she will ask you that type of pedicure you want because they have couple different types that has the callus and paraffin included. If you want the classic pedicure or anything add on to it she will do exactly as you say. She won’t pressure you to do more if you say you just want the basic pedicure. I always get the classic pedicure and ask to add on the $5 extra callus remover and she does a amazing job!! She always gives me a nice leg massage and it feels wonderful!!

This was by far the most unenthusiastic pedicure I’ve had in my life. I called before hand to find out if they they offered paraffin wax and if it was included with a pedicure. I was told yes. Not only did I not receive it, it was not even offered. I did however get a coat of clear nail polish at the end of this debacle. Clear nail polish that I clearly did not ask for. Now I’m metro enough for that not to weird me out or anything , but inquire if I’d like it first (I would rather not), the last before just applying it to my toes. Speaking of toes I have five on each foot. The elderly lady that did my toes may have vision problems because she only did four on each. She’s literally did not touch my pinky toes. While scrubbing the bottom of my feet with a pumice stone, I mentioned I have a small callus on the ball of my foot and it causes a little pain, her response was “oh that’s five dollars more”. Though money was not the issue, I’d never heard that before. Scaling dead skin has always been part of every pedicure I’ve ever had. She did however stop in the middle of the pedicure to go to the other end of the shop to retrieve her ringing cell phone, then proceeded to Carry on a five minute conversation while holding her cell phone with one hand while giving me a one-handed leg massage.

I’ve NEVER written a bad review about anything, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had a good experience here, but it’s never been bad until now. I went in for a way over due gel fill. The tech asked if I wanted a new set & I said no. She was insisting they would last longer & be the same price. So essentially I got a new acrylic set w gel color. When I went to pay it was $60. SIXTY DOLLARS. For what was supposed to be a FILL!!!! I understand that there is a charge to take off the old acrylics but $60?! And honestly they’re mediocre AT BEST. None of the tips are the same length & they’re all slanted. When I come here I don’t expect to get the best service, but unfortunately it’s a convenient location. But this was just unbelievable. I’d rather bite my own nails off. I’ll 110% NEVER go back.

I come here twice a month to get a manicure and pedicure. Linda is the best and always knows what I want. She does the best job with the scrub on my feet and getting my nail polish perfect. She is welcoming from the time I step in to the time I walk out. She is always going above and beyond to make sure I am happy and relaxed. Would never think about going anywhere else.
