Critical: QualityI was not impressed with Avalon nail salon and the woman who did my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then had to micromanage every detail of the process from shaping to painting. I asked for a rounded shape and pushed for my nails to be rounder multiple times before giving up on having the shape I wanted. Then I had to describe over and over what I wanted my nails to look like, despite having shown a picture more than once to the nail tech. In addition, my cuticles were never pushed back or trimmed. The finished product was not what I wanted, and I left after an hour, extremely disappointed. Two of my nails have chipped already, even though I have done nothing (dishes, scratching, etc.) that would cause that to happen. I would also like to mention that mid-manicure there was a spider crawling up my arm that I suppose had fallen from the ceiling. I was not impressed with Avalon nail salon and the woman who did my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then had to micromanage every detail of the process from shaping to painting. I asked for a rounded shape and pushed for my nails to be rounder multiple times before giving up on having the shape I wanted. Critical: ValueI went for a spa pedicure and although the lady was nice, she was obviously very inexperienced. Their prices are very high for the value of service. I woke up in the middle of the night in pain because she caused a foot infection. I can’t speak for their other services, but don’t go there for pedicures.Service: Pedicure
