Today, January 4, 2018 at 4:35 PM, my husband & I walked in the door to check availability of the Avalon’ Brand of Keracare hair care products, such as shampoos & conditioners. We said hello, waited, no one acknowledged us. Even if you are with a customer, as a minimum state, “Someone will be with you shortly”. I guess Avalon Hair Design in Cheyenne does not wait on a person of color. We will conduct business with the Cheyenne J.C. Penney Salon. On a positive note, Avalon’ Hair Design’s waiting area was very clean, neat & well-stocked.
