It was my first time visiting this salon, and Maggie did an excellent job. I truly have never felt more beautiful and was looking at myself in every mirror on my way to check out! Maggie is very friendly, and truly cares about her clients. I booked a balayage appointment with Maggie yesterday, 10/26, and loved every second of it! It was my first time visiting this salon, and Maggie did an excellent job. I truly have never felt more beautiful and was looking at myself in every mirror on my way to check out! Maggie is very friendly, and truly cares about her clients. She exceeded my expectations ten-fold, and I am definitely only going to go to Avalanche from now on for my hair services! 11/10 would recommend!

Critical: QualityThe staff is very friendly and professional. But inexperienced when it comes to haircut and coloring.I went in for a balayage and highlight mix. I was advised to get the haircolor i want it will take a few tries. I totally understood… what I dont understand how the back half of my head had a row atleast 2 inch in width(noticed at home) has nooo color, highlights nothing …I asked for layers… i even showed her a picture before and then again after she was cutting to let her know this is the shape and form im looking for however close it can be… after the initial cut she said she would cut it back when she finish blowing my hair… never got it….. who cuts layers and don’t feather nor style the front part of the head… (It wasn’t even close to the picture I showed)For the price you’re charging she should’ve been experienced enough so I didn’t had to complain not on 1 but 2 different service…I was never rude to the staff nor were they to meI did voice my concern during and after both service and showed pictures.Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloringThe staff is very friendly and professional. Dani is a pro with highlights and bayalage. I have a LOT of thick, coarse hair. She’s always been great with cutting and styling as well. I’ve been a client at Avalanche Salon for about a year now and I absolutely love the salon!! Dani is a pro with highlights and bayalage. I have a LOT of thick, coarse hair. She’s always been great with cutting and styling as well. With all of the changes due to COVID, I have been in the salon a few times already and believe they’re doing a great job keeping the salon clean and everyone safe.
