I went to my first appointment at Avail Salon today, and Don was incredible. I had decided to take almost nine inches off my hair for the first time in years. From the moment we met, all my nerves about making such a big change went away. I felt I could completely trust Don to do what was right for me and my hair. I just moved to Augusta and I found Carrie through a friend. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my first impression was the salon was very clean and charming. I went in for a hair cut and cezanne treatment. She immediately took me back and educated me about the process before she began and gave me clear expectations. I was skeptical because of the price but my hair looks phenomenal and it was worth every penny! The treatment and cut is absolutely gorgeous…I have very difficult hair to work with and it was no match for Carrie. I was grinning from ear to ear when I left because of how beautiful my hair looks. Not only is she a talented stylist but she is also friendly. I chatted with her about the area and she didn’t mind all my questions. I feel I have a better feel of Augusta because of her southern hospitality!
