Absolutely loved my experience at Ava. The techs were so nice and very fast, and my nails look amazing. The pedicure chair massages as you get pampered. Employees wear masks and all the stations have plastic shields between the client and the tech.

The owner was VERY rude!!! This was not the first experience I have, the first time I let it slide because maybe she was having a bad day. Well this time no!! Will not go back, she was very rude & aggressive to my grandmother, she did thin French tip so my grandmother asked for a bit thicker & she copped an attitude. Then she proceeded to use the drill & cut her 3 times!!! As she was telling the lady it was hurting. She had very horrible customer service, & she needs to learn to treat her employees a bit better. She was rude to her employee because he cut too big of tissue for in between my toes.

It costs 45$ for one color gel nails. It was all fine besides that a guy that was doing my nails in process went to do someone’s pedicure. They don’t check people’s temperature and don’t ask questions if someone has covid .

After washing my hands my nails were lumpy and uneven the nail tech was about to put a clear coat on. I pause and voiced my concerns. She became defensive saying my nails were supposed to look lumpy WHAT!!! She then stated i needed to pay i told her I was not paying for lumpy nails and they needed to be fixed she refused and said she needed my nails so she could cut them off. Ummm no I came in with a full set. Why would I allow that. She then told me to just leave without even trying to make it right.
