Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been there three times. The first time wasn’t bad. The second time the lady (Lily) got eye lash glue all over my eye lid and my water line. She didn’t want to give me the mirror because she knew it was wrong. I had to ask for the mirror. After i looked at it i started to cry and she gave me it half off, but i had to get the glue off myself after. I decided to go back today again and gave her the benefit of the doubt. It took a long time for her to get started on my eye lashes after she took the old ones off. It took a long time because she stopped to wax someone else. After she did my eyelashes (there wasn’t a problem with them they looked good) she told me she would do my eyebrows for half off since she took so long. she made them WAY too thin and missed multiple hairs. There is also a dent in my eyebrow. when i brought it to her attention she said that there wasn’t and denied that there was a dent in my eyebrows. I’ve been there three times. The first time wasn’t bad. The second time the lady (Lily) got eye lash glue all over my eye lid and my water line. She didn’t want to give me the mirror because she knew it was wrong. I had to ask for the mirror. After hours and rubbing toxic solutions all over my eyelids they started to form a rash. The eyelashes nor glue were budging. I was forced to keep going even after telling her to stop multiple times. I was crying and in serious pain. I would never guess to experience a traumatic event at a nail salon but this was horrible. I was shaking and helpless. Causing extreme discomfort and pain. not only did she proceed to do my lashes after I complained of pain, she disregarded my need for help. The glue had hardened and it was too late to remove it. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere of Ava Nails Spa. Everyone was so nice and friendly and complimentary beverages were immediately offered. Shannon did a fantastic job on my nails and she is such a delight! I tried Ava Nails Spa because the salon I had been using was cutting too many corners to save costs yet were increasing their prices. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere of Ava Nails Spa. Everyone was so nice and friendly and complimentary beverages were immediately offered. Shannon did a fantastic job on my nails and she is such a delight! I am looking forward to my next visit.
