So the first time I came there was a bit of a staffing and nail issue. I went back 2 days later and they were very nice about it. The lady that redid my nails was very sweet and did a great job. Come here for manicures but make sure you schedule appointments days in advance as this place is very busy and can have long waits! Will definitely come back! The owner is also very attentive and wants to ensure good customer service.

This was my very first time coming to this salon, and I wanted to love it so bad. The ladies were nice but the service was just not it. I had made an SNS/dip powder appointment. I get there right on time and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen to. But one of the first things you see is a sign that says “No refunds. Nails are guaranteed to last a full week.” I got my nails done on Wednesday 7/13 and am writing this review with the pictures on 7/15. There are cracks in the SNS already, the edges around my nails are not done and filled with dead skin (they did not clean around my nail hardly at all). The acetone from removing previous SNS was left to dry my hands out because I wasn’t given the option to wash my hands before she started. Also, since I chose black, there was residue powder that was all over my fingers and was left alone and not cleaned off until I got home and scrubbed my hands myself. I’m sorry but believe the reviews. They do terrible nails. They normally do a great job on my toes and today I wanted to try my nails. They are absolutely terrible. My fist time visiting – foremost, a lady (not sure of her position or name) literally forced me to leave a review of my services using my phone as I was still sitting and getting my pedicure. She herself selected 5 stars and instructed me what to type. That was the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNCOMFORTABLE experience I’ve ever received at a nail spa. However, I’m a very nice person and was too shocked that she did this to even open my mouth to stop her.
