I visited Ava’s for the first time today and my technician was Lena, and I’m so glad it was! She was awesome! Lena did such a great job on my very grown out pink and white (from a different salon). She was warm, friendly and professional, asking my preference for shape, length, etc. This will be my go-to salon from now on and I will definitely ask for Lena!

I am so lucky to have Ava Nails so close to home! Not only is the location convenient, the salon is meticulously clean, and I’m always satisfied with my nails. Lena is so conscientious, and she always pays attention to detail. My dip manicures and gel pedicures are so well done that they look beautiful for three to four weeks!

I actually have been a client of Zac for a long time now, so when he came to Ava Nails I naturally followed him. Im picky and absolutely hate sitting down for nails. Zac is quick, very personable and does INCREDIBLE work. I drive 35 minutes to come see him so that should say a lot about him. Finding a good nail tech is just as hard as a doctor! But not just Zac one thing i absolutely love about this salon is how much they all work together and so friendly as well! One will soak your gel polish off while you wait for your tech, I’ve actually seen Lena too and it’s just all around amazing atmosphere! I love coming here and look forward to my me day!

Go somewhere else! Not worth the prices they charge! Too often, I experienced subpar quality service at a higher cost than most spas. Pedicures were too brief for what they charge, and not even a callous removal was done. I initially had Amber and loved her but she left (if anyone knows where she went to, please let me know. ). Subsequently, each time I found a tech that I was happy with, they would leave to work at another spa so I made 3 appointments with Owner, Kyra, but she brushed me off each time to someone else. Used Kim for a powder dip, and she did such a HORRIBLE job that I still regret paying her at all but I’m not one to make a scene. Used Zac for a pedicure and powder dip…he was unfriendly, had no personality, and more importantly rushed through both services, which was reflected in the quality of both! Even with an appointment, expect to wait for your service (and without so much as an apology)! I suggest you find another place for your spa treatments!

I tried 3 different technicians and thought I had finally found one that was decent and had an appointment this morning and went in and was told he no longer was there. No call.. nothing. Asked if someone else could do my nails and pedicure and I said no and left. I had already tried others .. there are too many salons around to have this kind of treatment and not great service anyway. I won’t be back.
