While I love to support a small business. This business is hit or miss for being open and taking walk-ins. I only get my hair cut here, but had to go to a big chain store!! I tried 3 times in 1 week to get in, business was closed with lights on, called second time from parking lot no one answered the phone but again lights on and went yesterday they were open but was informed by a worker not owner ” they’re not taking walk-ins.” I will not be going back again.

Was considering using this salon.Definitely will not.The owner( blond lady) is extremely rude and unprofessional in her interactions with the general public.When you are in business, everyone is a potential customer.To be rude to someone for no good reason is bad business.Every smart business owner knows this, and she clearly does not fall into that category.She might not care what 1 person thinks, but word of mouth turns 1 person into 20 people.get it together, Ava Grace Salon.You arent the only place in town.Your unkindness and attitude will continue to be noticed if you choose not to examine your behavior.And if that is what you choose, your business will eventually be affected.Dont believe me?
