Spa was just ok. The changing/ waiting room was full of storage items so not a relaxing way to start. The massage therapist left me waiting 20 minutes past my time. I had a mini facial and sauna scheduled after so I didn’t get the full hour. When I went to pay they acknowledged that I didn’t get the full service but did not offer any discount. I will never go again.

The best facial and derma-planing experience ever today!!! I’ve actually never had derma-planing done and Sydni took her time explaining each step of my facial to me! When I was done I felt so relaxed and my skin looked brand new and SO GLOWY! She also recommended which products to use on my skin before my wedding since I am prepping for this and I ended up going home with quite a few! 10/10! I will be back soon. Thank you Ava Bella! The receptionist is also wonderful 🙂

Izzy did a great job. She focused on the areas that I requested and I came away very relaxed. The only negative was that the 90 minute massage was more like 77 minute massage.

Izzy was great, this review has nothing to do with her. I didn’t feel as though this was an ‘experience’. There is no relaxing waiting area, when I got there it was a rush to complete form, then massage, then waited awhile for the receptionist to come back for me to check out. Felt like it was a bit awkward and no place to chill and wait before or after massage. Not my cup of tea but some people may like this setup.

I had an amazing birthday. I was there from 12:45pm-4pm. I had an amazing 90 massage and a wonderful peppermint scalp treatment from George. He was so professional and talented. Reccomend him to everyone!! I also had great and relaxing facial. The whole experience was just what I wanted and needed. Will definitely be back soon!! ❤️

I have only had one other massage before, but this was so wonderful. My massage therapist was Candace and she was very friendly and put me at ease right away which is saying something because I DO NOT like strangers. I walked in with a headache and when I left it was totally gone. I felt like I was floating. Highly recommend this place especially for anyone with a very physically taxing job like mine.

My husband bought me a birthday gift card for this place. It was for a facial, massage and pedicure. I didn’t want to use it as I thought of another place I wanted to go. When they would not reimburse the purchase so I could go elsewhere, I decided to use it today. Was I ever wrong. The massage was the best ever, done by Lisa. Strong hands and sensitive thorough work. The facial was wonderful and the pedicure by Ms. Ford (not sure of first name was absolutely as professional and wonderful as can be. The entire staff knew their business and seemed as though they loved their jobs. I can’t say enough positive things about Bella Day Sap. Wait….the name of the place is also great!!!!
