Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady was by herself she was very rude and me being me maybe she was having a bad day but no!! She put the set on and before I agreed on the length she cut them.. they are super uneven!! I have acrylic all over my finger peeling off and she messed up my nail polish trying to get it off my skin and from under my nails!! Had already been there an hour so didn’t have time to wait any longer!!! The lady was by herself she was very rude and me being me maybe she was having a bad day but no!! She put the set on and before I agreed on the length she cut them.. they are super uneven!! I have acrylic all over my finger peeling off and she messed up my nail polish trying to get it off my skin and from under my nails!! Had already been there an hour so didn’t have time to wait any longer!!! I WILL say that the lady who did my nails was very friendly but… that is where the positives end. She began with attaching some of the tips crooked. The acrylic was applied too thinly and uneven. I asked that my nails be left long but she filed them so much that they were way too short AND all different lengths. Then the polish was really messy. I don’t understand this. All I could do was hurry home and try to fix them myself as well as possible. I left with my blood pressure so high that I had a headache from being so frustrated. How disappointing. I hope the owner encourages her to get a lot more practice before unleashing her another unhappy customer.

Small and quiet. I went at a good time so it wasn’t packed. Picked out my color and boom. Was my first pedicure so I was super duper nervous. Will definitely be getting this more often. Super clean and neat. The lady I had was very friendly.

I went tonight and got acrylic with gel polish. First the lady cut the acrylics crooked and I said something to her about them being crooked and she ignored me. Then they didn’t cover my whole nail to the skin in polish. My polish is coated so thick that I look like I have bubbles on the ends of my fingers. I also got my toes does normal pedi and my heela were still hard and cracked when they finished.They were very unprofessional. Paid $85. Now I need to go somewhere else and get my nails redone!!
