This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! I’ve gone to Autumn Nails for 12 years. I don’t even live in the same town anymore but I’m willing to make the drive! Their attention to detail is spectacular! They actually cut your cuticle and and spend time making sure every area of foot is perfect! The manicures are amazing too! I will never go anywhere else in the Syracuse area!!

I had forgotten why I don’t go to this salon anymore. It’s incredibly close and convenient; however I’d rather drive to Camillus if it meant I could get my nails done right…. something this salon cannot do. I asked for an ombre. If you can’t do an ombre just say so. Don’t fake it. I would have gotten something else. Now I have to go pay someone else to repaint my nails. And you could have taken something off that $47 you charged for a gel fill. That’s expensive.

I’ve been here a few times and love the new location. However, last time I was there they cut my cuticle, which bled underneath my new pedicure. When I pointed this out, they really did not care. And I don’t like how they try to upsell you. I will probably not go back.

I thought this place looked pretty nice when I walked in, but as soon as I sat down to get my pedicure I was sceptical the lady that did it was incredibly rough and not careful. While cutting my nail she decided to pull a piece of my nail out of my skin which hurt and is now infected. I would definatly not reccomend this place to anyone and won’t be going back
