Critical: ProfessionalismI was pleased with the brow tint and wax I received in the past but on my third appointment I had to cancel due to a schedule conflict. I cancelled through the reminder text, received a confirmation that I had cancelled and was given the policy that I would be charged 50% of my service for cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment. After the time my appointment had come and gone, I received a charge for the full price of my appointment ($50!). Upon contacting the owner (again through the text app) she told me that she didn’t receive my cancellation. I shared a screen shot of the confirmation on my end and she refused to admit that this was a fault of the app or her own and also refused to credit me the $25 I was owed. I was pleased with the brow tint and wax I received in the past but on my third appointment I had to cancel due to a schedule conflict.
