Autumn is an amazing massage therapist. I received a prenatal massage and it was amazing. She utilized techniques specifically for pregnant women, made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage, and helped me relax and release tension in muscles that are utilized every day in pregnancy. The belly massage was great too and the baby was moving and enjoyed it too! I highly recommend Autumn to other pregnant Mama’s and to women who need a quality massage, whether pregnant or not. ❤️

Autumn is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She is able to tailor sessions based on my specific needs and can vary her pressure from light and relaxing to firm deep tissue. I use massage in conjunction with chiropractic care to reduce the frequency of my back issues and I’ve noticed that when I do injure myself, my recovery time is a lot less. Autumn creates a welcoming and safe space for your therapeutic massage. During my first session, we discussed the areas of focus and she walked me through what to expect. Her use of mixed techniques (including warming stones) was just what my muscles needed. First off Autumn is an amazing human being who really care for her clients, and goes above and beyond to ensure her services are best tailored to their needs. At 39 weeks pregnant she made a HUGE difference for me in lower back pain. Prior to my appointment she even ordered a specialty table topper for pregnant gals, which allowed me to comfortable lay face down so she could work her magic where it really counted. Her space is very calming, and her energy is supportive – highly recommend her!!!
