I came as a walk-in for my 8-yr old daughter on a Saturday morning and was greeted with the warmest smiles. They did not hesitate to service us and within 15 minutes, my daughter was getting her hair washed and styled by Kari. The space is very clean, wasn’t crowded, and had a jammin music playlist that adds to the already beautiful ambiance and vibe. I would definitely come back and add Autumn Jade as a go-to salon for professional, high-quality, customer-focused service. So glad I found them in my home area!! And my daughter loved the experience as well!

I really enjoyed my time at Autumn jade! I booked the AJ special silk press and I had kimmie as my stylist, though we didn’t start on time she was great and educated me about my hair and recommended me some products & tips . I also appreciated how she still engaged in conversation with me even though I’m not the most talkative. The rest of the staff was so nice as well! I give my experience a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this beautiful black business to any of my friends.

Best silk press I ever had Definitely will be my go to spot and worth the hour drive I had to do lol. Got my hair done by Kimmie very professional and nice lady. This is some pictures of my hair after almost 2 weeks and still looks and feels very soft and fabulous ✨No frizz no greasy feeling all what I had to do to maintain it is to wear my silk bonnet at night but other than that I just lived my life

Just moved to Douglasville and I need a shampoos and silk press. This shop had 4.9 but should be 5.0. Fran was awesome and my hair looks lovely. I will definitely make this my hair salon. She was quick and always aware of what was going on under her care. Just an added bonus the shop was really clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

I love that a wash comes included with your braids. You must bring your own hair. It’s not hard to book and once you meet with your stylist. The stylist are very friendly. Love their playlist.

I called the Autumn Jade salon and they assigned me to Nathalie to do my daughter’s hair. She was prompt, super sweet and so friendly! I got a silk press here for the first time and the customer service was great . My appointment was set for 11:30 and I came in at 11:25 and was seated as soon as I came in . The Owner Kimmie did my hair , she was sweet and all but i do feel like my hair was rushed . I got a silk press and after viewing my hair thoroughly my roots are still puffy and weren’t thoroughly dried and straightened. It kinda felt like she needed me out of her chair fast . I would come back , I would just hope my service will not be rushed the second time around .

I’ve been getting my hair done with Kimmie since I was in 5th grade & now I am a senior in college. 🙂 Every hair color i’ve had, she has made it happen for me. She’s done other services on me such as highlights, presses, cuts, trims, you name it! Kari has also done my hair a couple of times and she is amazing as well! Everybody in the salon is wonderful and so creative. The service is a 10/10 and it has been like this for years. They truly love their clients and they all aim to help create & protect healthy hair!
