This nail shop only takes 5 clients aday because Jenny doesn’t work since her grandson was born a year in a half ago smh. If you don’t want to run your business anymore shut it down and stop wasting people time.

Horrible. The only two associates that know what they’re doing is Autumn and Jenny. But they refuse to do pedicure and the only lady who does the pedicures SUCKS ASS. The foot massage literally consists of rubbing lotion on. And she doesn’t remove dead skin. She tries to hurry it up and it comes out horrible. Autumn and Jenny are great, but I stopped going because it’s not guaranteed that they’ll be the ones helping you. I made an appointment with Jenny once, instead I got a guy who didn’t know how to do nails one bit and took 3 hours…..needless to say Jenny had to take over and fix them. Overall very unsatisfactory. If you’re in a hurry and don’t care much how your nails will look, go here. If you care how you feel/and look, RUN!

My daughter and I had an appointment with Jenny, made 3 weeks in advance for a trip. We arrived and after checking in the book the young lady called and we were told she tried to get a hold of us. I went back through my voicemails and text messages, there was nothing from her canceling. Our names were still in the book so nobody cancelled there. If we would have been given advance notice, we could have been scheduled some place else. I believe it’s just a horrible way to conduct business and even though I went to her on a referral, we will not ever utilize her services, and recommend that no one else do so.

I went here to get a mani & pedicure…. my feet got done & I waa satisfied but the nail tech who did my nails couldn’t even do a simple design that I’d settled for from their art on the wall. After failing to do what I’d wished I told her to do a design she was comfortable with & she say there responding “I don’t feel like doing a design today” the management say to the side & barely said anything we sat there looking at each other for about 20mins before I asked for a refund & another tech did something simple but I left unsatisfied being charged 50$. This place was horrible I would never recommend anyone to go there

I came for eyelash extensions and Jenny did a horrible job…I had to fan my lashes myself until they were dry..a service which should have been included..she used entirely too much glue and the end result did not look professional at all. Within 10 min of leaving some of the glue residue she left on my face got into my eye and made it water and the lashes started to come off.

Had to find a new place for nails, as my former nail place has been declining in quality. This place is a bit more expensive than my other place, but the work seems good. I just had them done a couple of hours ago, so we’ll see how they hold up. If they do then the price will defin6be worth it.
