Autumn knows muscles, fascia, tissue, and skeletal anatomy and she continues to study and research to ensure she is giving the best massages, whether for relaxation or for deep tissue release. I started massage therapy for my neck and shoulder at Massage Envy. You go there or other salons for “relaxation”. After a year membership with ME and not feeling any lasting results, I searched for a real LMT. I found Autumn over 4 years ago and at my first visit I KNEW I found something that was truly therapeutic for my issues. She listens, asks questions, and makes suggestions for stretches after working on me. I have learned effective stretching and correct posture while sitting, driving, walking, and jogging, all which help the neck and shoulder, back and hips. Her massages are definitely The Best! While she was on maternity leave, I had to find other therapists. I saw 4 others and only one came close to Autumn. She’s back and I continue to see her monthly. Her memberships are free and for 6 months at a time, unlike other massage companies. Her new place is quiet, soothing, and has parking. If you’re looking for results, look no further. However, she fills up fast, don’t wait, you will see the difference yourself!

Autumn really works with your body to loosen tense muscles and increase mobility that helps help alleviate pain and discomfort. Just as importantly, she genuinely cares about our well being. She’ll often text us in between our appointments to see how we’re doing, keeps detailed notes about the progress we’re making, and adjusts our therapy accordingly. We’ve never gotten the same massage twice. Just as she customizes her approach for each individual, she customizes her approach based on where your body needs it during each session.
