If i could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They accept walk-ins but even when there is no one in the shop they all sit on their phones and DO NOT greet the customer. There is no communication which to who is next and usually the “regulars” get first dibs regardless of appointment. The guys here sit around and do nothing but use their cell phones. I will say the haircut was a solid 6 out of 10 but overall experience was bad! whatever happened to customer service? Also, i paid $24 for a high and tight and when i didn’t leave a tip (because i wasn’t expecting such a high cost and unfortunately money is tight) he didn’t even say goodbye. He hurried me out and went on to the next guy.

This is a nice barber shop. I would recommended that you make any appointment through the StyleSeat so that you can just walk in and you want be waiting. I have be going here now for about 3 months now and I have no complaints, I would recommend JD.

Critical: Professionalism, Qualityif you have type 3 long hair DONT come here. said twice “i want it long” and jus completely chopped it off in the front, showed a picture what i wanted he said “all i see is hair”, “i don’t know how to cut this hair” and continued to cut it. i’m glad it worked for other ppl but not for me
