Upon arrival I asked could I add the under arm service in addition to my scheduled wax and they said yes. I went back and everything was going well. I don’t know if my esthetician was doing more talking than working but time got away from her or they should’ve denied me adding that extra service if time didn’t permit. I say that because there was a knock at the door while I was getting waxed. It’s to give them a time check. I paid for service and found it rude to let her know that she was spending too much time on me. Well she continues and then someone comes to the door and they start speaking in a foreign language. I guess to let her know that she needs to get me out of the room. And at this point she starts rushing on me. So much so that after she’s done and leaves out of the room I check and find that I still have wax on me. I call her back in the room to fix it and she does but doesn’t get it all. Now I’m in their restroom plucking wax! That mess hurts! I go to the front desk to make her aware of the issue because my lady was on to her next client and she had the audacity to tell me I need to wait 30 minutes until the manager is done before I could get her to get the rest of this wax off me. Now I’m a patient person but my thing is I just had my appointment that I was rushed out of and shouldn’t have to wait for anything because it should’ve been done right in the first place. Needless to say I just paid and left extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service.
