I requested small knotless box braids and got a mix of small and medium box braids installed. Also, Magret soaked the ends of the braids in hot water to seal them and then placed them right down on a towel covering my shoulders which soaked my t-shirt. She also left hair sticking out of several braids (my own and the braid hair). I asked what she could do about it, and she said she could cut it or just leave it the way it was. My scalp is inflammed and has sores where my hair is very short. Knotless braids should not cause scalp issues like this. She rushed me out and had the next client in her chair when I still had concerns. I will never get knotless braids again because of this experience.
