Went to this shop Saturday 11/26/22 and wanted medium knotless braids not only did I not get them but the lady with the afro was yanking my hair and tangling the braiding hair just so she can yank the the tangle out in the process my original hair got cut while she was cutting the tangle out of the braiding hair braids are not the same length I paid 250 for a hairstyle that I received from them a few months ago and paid 200 then there was no reason for the price to have changed when it was braided the exact same way anyway I gave the lady 260 and did not get any change back once she was finished they put a lighter to my braids but also where my original hair was braided I will not be going back to them

If you are thinking about getting a service done with this place I strongly advice to think twice. This salon is only want your money and they dont take pride into making sure there customers are satisfied. I went ther just to get my dreadlocs started and left very unhappy. I paid $60 for some 2 strand wist that are already unraveling and wasn’t presenable at all…they rushed. I will never go there again. They tell you to come at a certain time but always are full. So I got there on time for my appointment and still had to wait 30 min before I started. I asked for coiled starter dreads but he lady said that it would be better to do two strand twist. I was sure what I wanted when I arrived but didnt get what I asked for. She began twisting my hair without prepping it first and did not put any product into my 4c hair. Anyone with 4c hair understands that this isnt going to work. Then I told her to begin with that my hair was in transitioning and that she would need to clip my ends off. She started roughly parting my hair and it came out very uneven and loppy. I was so upset when I left and I will never go back again.

The lady that did my hair she use black thread to sew in blonde weave you can see the thread do the fake hair I came back and I asked to talk to the salon owner there was too many people in the shop for her to help me at the time the person doing my hair was a shop owner’s daughter . The back part of the sewing came out when I was combing my hair 4 days later they stole $150 from me for that so in no one offered to give me my money back or nothing they can braid hair but apparently they cannot do so in so we never go back to them again if you want that

The owner did my frontal sew in and it was wonderful. She did an excellent job and it lasted 2 months without any glue. I loved it and washed my hair numerous times. Very good service. Thank you so much for my 1st time frontal sew in experience.

Critical: QualityI got my hair done July 18,2020. 2 weeks later my hair started coming a loose I got Senegalese with purple. My hair was not knotted at the ends. I stayed there from 9:30a-6:15p. No one help the lady do my hair girls came in getting micros and box braids was out of there in 3 hours but I was still sitting there hot sweating and almost passed out from them not having any air. I called to tell Fontu about my hair she told me to dont talk to her fast and she can’t help my hair came a loose because it had been passed 2 days she states she couldn’t help me because it’s been 2 weeks. I told her I never had my hair do this before I had been there 2 times before and she straight hung up on me. She will NOT get another dime from me. She had a bad attitude anyway when I first walked in.
