Terrible 1st impression for me. Booked Jomeezy on “The Cut” app, and took leave to depart Fort Hood early and this dude texte 2.5hrs before the appointment to rush me to the shop. When I noted I couldn’t leave that early, he then told me he couldn’t cut my son because he’s 3 and immediately canceled his appointment. I still keep mine because I’m a military guy and need to stay groomed. After picking up my two kids and rolling 40mins across town, I show up to his shop to realize he’s gone and he didn’t eveIn confirm a cancelation with me. Save your $$ for someone else that treat you with 1st class customer service, not this clown.
