The spray tan sometimes goes on uneven and spotty leaving you with a spotted uneven parts but for the most part it works for color, and their tanning beds are decent although the acrylics need to be replaced on a few beds, but they lost 3 stars on customer service. I’ve had no issues at the Livermore location but at the San Ramon location it’s been horrible. I’ve been asked to fill out new forms several times even after months of having a membership and they wanted my credit card over and over again and tried to bill me at a much higher rate than what I was paying as I had joined to use all beds at a much lower rate. Then they charged me the higher rate and I was given a couple months free because of their error which was appreciated. Then today I got a voicemail they were billing another customer for my account with the same street and name and they wanted my credit card information again! I called cooperate and the girl answered the phone laughing hysterically and I asked her what was going on and she said that they want my credit card because they were billing another customer and it was a glitch, I told her I was not giving her my number and I will not go tanning there anymore. I had only gone once in June and once in July. I will find a salon with better customer service.

I can only imagine this is a great place to get your tan spray tan. I don’t know if they have either or as a spray tan or the bed Tans or if they do the bed Tans anymore but looks like a nice big place and must be busy. So it’s got to be good. If I lived in this area this shopping center just kicks butt. Everything is in here is just huge and clean and well-kept if you’re going to live in that area this is got to be your favorite shopping or are you in if you want to tan you got to go to this place shop Australian can we don’t got to go sit out in the sun but if you want a quick way to do it without the melanoma this is where you want to go. I go almost everyday. Very clean, comfortable environment. Highest quality tanning beds anywhere. Nobody knows my tan is paid for. And the ladies that work here are awesome.

Serena is great. When its crazy busy she gets everyone checked in for the appointments quickly. Especially during Covid she is very careful that everyone is given the space they need including having people wait outside and calling them in when the bed is ready to tan. Thank you for making it easy to tan.

I have no problem with being asked to wait outside until me bed is ready. This guidline is not enforced by the staff if it is a personal friend, or female customer that have to wait for a bed. As a guy, im already uncomfortable going to a tanning salon. I get there are Covid guidlines that need to be followed. I have no problem with being asked to wait outside until me bed is ready. Since I’ve only been to two different tanning salon companies (Australian & Palm Beach Tan), I can say that the latter is so much better. For starters, Australian needs to get a mystic machine. I say that because the Versa that’s there now sucks and doesn’t look natural at all. The beds are ok, but they don’t have any 20 minute beds. You do get in somewhat fast, but the employees at this location are not very welcoming, act bothered when you ask for advice, and hardly greet you or say thanks on the way out. It’s convenient because it’s closer to my place than another option, but if there was something closer, I’d choose it in a heartbeat.
