A tad bit pricey but otherwise good. It does take quite a while to actually obtain a tan here, since they only allow 9-12 minutes in a tanning bed. At that rate you would have to come every single day, or use the spray tanner also.

Critical: ValueBasically, the facility is open now with hours that only benefit a few. People who work during the week only have Saturday til 2pm to use the facility. The one time we were able to get there this month, we could not make an appointment so the beds we wanted and pay for were not available. Also, I am not clear why there bathroom is closed to customers? At this point in the pandemic I would hope that everyone understands the basics about hand-washing and keeping facilities safe, if not they need to close.As far as the young woman working at the time she was very attentive and apologetic. Basically, the facility is open now with hours that only benefit a few. People who work during the week only have Saturday til 2pm to use the facility. The one time we were able to get there this month, we could not make an appointment so the beds we wanted and pay for were not available. I just got off the phone with corporate offices and this is what I got out of it. I would like to use their services, but they have made it so expensive if you would like a good bed. I was going to take the level one pkg. because it’s only $27. With that you get their least efficient beds. They have you roped in in many ways. If you want a good bed it’s about $80 per month. Then, when you want to cancel you have to get it in by a certain date and bring it to a special place or mail it. Sounds small, but if you are very busy as we all are, it’s easy not do it on time. This happened to me and I paid for 3 months that I did not need or want. It’s quite the scam this Australian Tan has going!!!Completely benefitting ONLY THEMSELVES!!! Customer service…what a joke! Sad that our nice community and clients are not taken into consideration. Trickery my friends.

Summer is right around the corner! Been feeling extra pale after a year n half of corona distancing, figured it was time to work on building up that base tan! Been coming here the last 10 years or so and we’ve definitely had our ups and downs but they always redeem themselves. Love this place. I’d say more but Im really not trying to increase my wait time LoL!

This place has good services, but beware of the membership, hours of operation, and the limited locations! Once you sign up, you can’t make any changes or cancel unless you mail some forms in to the corporate office in Morgan Hill. They don’t tell you this until after you have joined, and the customer service reps are RUDE. It doesn’t make sense that you can walk into the facility to join the membership, but can do the same to cancel. It just seems like a scam. They also don’t have many locations (only 3 or 4 in the south bay), which makes it sort of impossible to go on a consistent basis. The place opens up at 9am which is INCONVENIENT, it would make more sense to open at 6-7am so that people who work during the day (majority of California) can go before work. They stay open late but the place is packed because everyone is rushing to get in after work. SMH! DO BETTER Australian Tan.

Odd upper/lower split level parking/shopping. I sometimes find things at this Longs (Hawaiian speak for CVS) that other locations are out of. Likely more commonly shopped by locals where as some of the other locations draw a bigger crowd because they are in bigger shopping malls (like Kahala or Ala Moana).
