My mom, sister and I visited the spa and each got a different service. The spa staff is very professional & courteous. The atmosphere is amazing & relaxing! From spa robes & shoes, lounging area & sauna…great experience! I loved my 60 minute massage! Will be back again! Highly recommend!

First, I want to say that everyone else in my group had a much better experience than I did, and I did enjoy the manicure and have had wonderful experiences here previously. However, the experience with the salt bath and massage was nothing short of disappointing. The bath was so hot it took half the time to be able to get in. The massage was the worst I’ve ever had. So, after looking forward to this for quite some time, I left feeling worse than when I went in.

Kurt Cobain just rolled over in his grave because I just reached Nirvana. This is hands down the best pedicure in the Tri-Cities, and believe me, I’ve been on a cross-county marathon of pedicures trying to find the right place closest to me. Keep in mind that the Spa Pedicure will run you about $20 more than the average around here, but it is worth it! You certainly get what you pay for. I had Peggy as my pedicure tech, and she was awesome! The spa environment is very relaxing and much better than the typical cattle charge you normally have in the nail salons around here. All in all, I’m on board! (You’re welcome for the free feet pics.)

Have always gotten my spa days at Austin Springs but this last time left very disappointed the service is not what it was at one time treat you like a number not as a experience brought my sister for first time and was a let down.
