I shopped around to find this place and it was the first place I found with reasonable prices. They have the same machine as the way more expensive place I visited. I got six sessions of armpits and Brazilian. It hurts and I fidget but The results are fantastic. Meghan has great bedside manner and gave me good advice. I trust her. We started at a lower setting but increased it and I’m glad we did. Though I still might need additional treatments for the Brazilian. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and my experience.

When I started my services I was told that the laser treatment was not supposed to hurt so the machine was turned down significantly low. After four sessions and no results she then told me pain is beauty and it is supposed to hurt (so clearly the first three sessions did nothing and during those sessions she repeatedly told me sometimes you need extra sessions). Of course I then needed extra sessions. During my first treatment with a witness present she told me that the price I was paying would be my price for additional treatments as long as I saved a picture of the Groupon and showed it to her at the time of my additional treatments. However, when it was time for additional treatments the price was 4x more. I paid for three additional treatments because I was already over $3,000 in and not having results. I then became frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. I was then told they were refusing to treat me or offer any further services to me. Also, when I stated they were open Saturday’s and she later decided she didn’t want to be open Saturday’s anymore. She said she would continue to do Saturday’s for me Since I was driving 2 hours but only did for One Saturday and then I had to take off work. They are money hungry and do not care about your results their patients! Avoid at all costs! Save your money and do your research!!

I’ve had 2 sessions so far and I have to say that I’m impressed with the results I got! My hair started to disappear. I love everything about this Laser Spa. Megan is so professional and kind! You will not feel any pain with her 😉 and the lady at the front desk is so helpful and lovely. The laser machine they use is so advanced. 😀 I highly recommend doing your laser hair removal with them! Purchased groupon for face and was told chin wasnt included and needed to purchase neck as well. Ended up doing 8 treatments on neck and 9 i believe on face and all still have hair. Waste of alot of money sadly.
