Firstly, Austin Laser Solutions is pretty fantastic in general because they have packages that offer discounts for purchasing multiple treatments up front — such as 50% off for transgendered clients (that’s me), teenage clients, and others! Kattie at the Sunset Valley location is just amazing. She’s super friendly and very communicative. She’s also very, very thorough and seems equally as knowledgeable. She really instills confidence during treatment. And speaking of treatment: the treatments I’ve had here seem to have been very effective — much more so than other laser places I’ve tried!

A friend of mine when to Kattie and couldn’t stop raving about it and how I needed to make an appointment. She was right, I don’t know why I waited so long.
