I’ve been going here for years (12+) and it used to be five star for sure but over the last couple years they have gone up significantly. Not so much for the haircuts but for the beard trimming that is a little pricey. I felt like I was always giving a decent tip but now I can’t do the beard trim because it just eats into the haircutters tip.

Worst haircut I’ve had in a decade. Just a complete lack of care and skill. Got my hair cut by the owner but idk how she stays in business other than being able to chat easily with. Maybe that’s worth the $25 less than mediocre haircut you’ll get, although if you are looking for the fastest haircut possible, maybe this would be a good option for those trying to get it done in less than 5 min. But do not come here expecting any sort of decent haircut. Was a little surprised by how ok with it she was but then again, if that’s all you want, they do provide a fast haircut. Not worth the shortcuts taken and the higher price imo. Do yourself a favor and spend 5) more at Floyd’s down the street or birds if you’re close to one of those. It’s been a month and still hasn’t come in right. Sometimes experience doesn’t relate to quality. This location is definitely a reminder of that.

All I have to say is businesses should be welcoming and inviting to all customers equally no matter which race or community they belong to. There shouldn’t be a subtle rudeness towards a certain group of customers. And trust me a welcoming smile and a polite demeanor is good enough to make a customer feel special and accepted. Thank you!

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI refrained from giving feedback yesterday because the first stylist that took me, I was a walk-in looking for a new place since my go to lady retired, was so rude and condescending that I had to stop her and tell her if she was having a bad day. She quickly turned it around and said I looked like I was in a bad mood. When I said I’ll just wait for someone else she got even worse honestly I can’t tell if she didn’t like me because she was in a bad mood or she didn’t like the color of my skin because with anyone else who was white she was delightful.Now here’s why the three stars, after going back and forth on who was going to fix that ladies mistake Autumn took me after her appointments. And she was fabulous, sweet and easy to talk to even after experiencing what had happened. She fixed my hair and I believe it came out better than I had originally anticipated. Thank you Autumn it really turned around my experience at the shop and I’m glad you were there. Yesterday was the first time since lock down I had treated myself to a haircut and I appreciate you. I will be taking myself and son to get our cuts with you.I’m not going to call out the lady by name that first soured my experience but if the owner reads this look up your workforce for yesterday. I refrained from giving feedback yesterday because the first stylist that took me, I was a walk-in looking for a new place since my go to lady retired, was so rude and condescending that I had to stop her and tell her if she was having a bad day. She quickly turned it around and said I looked like I was in a bad mood. I thought I would give this place a try because it was empty and they able to get me in right away. now, I know why- I told the lady what I normally get and she seem to understand because I wasn’t asking for anything crazy just a regular low fade and taper. The fade was super high because she just didn’t know how to fade/blend the lines at all so she took it way too high and my head looks like a ball and when I asked her to clean it up a bit more she asked me how much more she needed to do it on the other side after not saying a word the entire time. Thats when I knew it was time to leave politely, pay and never go back because no sense in complaining once the damage is done and she doesn’t even see it.
