This is my 2nd year to buy a multiple month package. It is clean and always easy to get in and out. It is a lovely salon. I recently had a miscommunication with my service and I was not happy. Nothing major, but the Manager Jenny called me the same day and was such a great customer service manager. I understand staffing, training and customer service is not an easy job. Thanks for your service.

I came here because I read a lot of good reviews and I was tired of going to tanning salons with rude staff and ineffective beds with weak bulbs. Everyone that works here has been nice, but this place seems a little dingy and dated.

The early bird special is awesome, the place is always clean. Nicole is super knowledgable on tans and sells cute home made wire jewelry for sale there for super great prices. Been going for a year now and it’s remained consistent in all aspects.

Critical: QualityI got the custom spray tan, but I felt like I might as well have gone to an automated spray tan booth. The custom spray was supposed to really contour there tan, but I ended up uneven with a splotch on my hand and white spots on my back. Plus they offer 5 dollars discount for a 5 star review, so don’t trust their star ratings. I have been coming here since I was 18. I was very sad to see the previous owner let it go, but am thrilled with the new owner operator!!!! I am always greeted warmly and with sincerety. The beds/rooms are always clean. I am always happy with my results. they also have great early bied deals and packages. I reccomened it to any one!

I had eyelash extensions placed on the 28th of oct. from another salon. All week up until the 7th of nov, I was dealing with bloodshot, sore, watery, and burning eyes. I called the salon I got them at, and they were not able to remove the extensions until the 14th of nov which was another week of agonizing pain in my eyes. I called Aussie on the 7th and talked to Nicole. Nicole was able to get me in on the 7th with Tara. Tara was very professional, and made me feel comfortable and the salon is very nice!! If I decide to get extensions again, I will not be going back to the original place I received them, but to Aussie!! I highly recommend this salon.
