Our family has been going here for years, everyone has been kind, professional, are very skilled, and do their best. Our two boys always have nice looking haircuts. It’s a tough business to please everyone I’m sure, but we are very happy with Aurora Salon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon doesn’t know how to do anything other than a simple cut and dye job. There’s all older people there who just want their roots done or hair cut. I went in as for a balayage and it looks like highlights. All the color is at the top of my head and not even in the bottom. My hair is 3 different colors now and it’s not even blended correctly. I have 3 burnt red stripes at the top of my head. I didn’t want that color. Now I’m going to Paragon salon to fix this mess. She was gna charge me 180$ ( thank god I had a coupon, only reason I went) for this disaster.
