When my wedding nails got messed up two days before my wedding, Hannah squeezed me in no problem last minute the day before. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly, but we both were iffy about it. She then offered her expertise with a suggestion to make it better. My nails turned out absolutely perfect and Hannah was so patient and kind with me. And the price was so reasonable! I’m not one to get my nails done often but I WILL be returning here when I do!

My friend and I had our nails done last week. Mani/pedi. I have 5 infected fingernails, and my friend has two infected toe nails. The instruments used were in sterilization packs, but the temperature strip had not changed color, so they could not have been properly cleaned. There were also nail clippings all over the floor. I have never had this happen to me after having my nails done. We should never have continued with the mani/pedi. We will NEVER use this nail salon again.

If I could give 10 Stars for a review, I most definitely would. I had been to 3 other nail salons in the area before finding the Aurora Nail Boutique. This is my third time here, and each time the service has been fantastic. Hannah and her staff spend so much time and attention to be sure that you are very pleased, and you can clearly see that you are important to them from the moment that you walk in the door. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful and it is such a nice relaxing atmosphere. It is great to walk into such a clean place and feel spoiled from the moment that you sit down. I clearly see why you have so many positive reviews on so many sites. Another reason why I felt that it was really important to write this review is because I happen to be that customer that was having my nails done when the two young girls walked in that Rose and Celina spoke about in their reviews. They walked in thinking that they would be able to have their nails done together at the same time. Hannah was very sweet and apologetic, as she explained that she could only take care of one of them at a time, as she is the only one there that is trained to do the nails in the style that they wished. One of the girls called her mom, and both girls said they would have to leave and go somewhere that they could have their nails done at the same time. A few minutes later, Hannah answered the phone as a woman was screaming and swearing at Hannah, as she was trying to apoligize for the misunderstanding. I felt extremely sorry for Hannah as the screaming continued, at which time, I told her that she did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect, and that she should hang up. She immediately called back and I asked Hannah if I may please have the phone. My words to Rose and Celina are kindness will take you much farther in life and your review doesn’t even come close to the fantastic service that my mom and I have had, as well as the many friends that now have their nails done at Aurora Nail Boutique because the service is so great. ❤

Say you make an appointment at a nail salon for 2 people at the same time; Wouldn’t you expect to have both of your nails to be done at the same time? Meaning- not one after the other. Well not the case here- what I was told was “Our customers like to wait.” Well not this customer. When I make an appointment for 2 people I’d expect to have our nails being done at the same time. Not to mention how she was texting me at 11 pm about getting my nails done and what I wanted, then the morning of, sends me 3 text messages saying to come early, just to get let down. I was also told that it’s $10 extra just for the shape of the nail- like what? Ok.

We made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday. 2 girls to get a full set. Asked for 5pm, but said they could not do until 5:30. Which was fine. Drove 40 minutes one way for them to tell us it was a misunderstanding and cannot do both at that time. I called to speak manager and as I was telling her that it was wrong, manager told me her customers like to wait and she hung up on me, I called back and she gave the phone to a customer to tell me off! For East Aurora, I’m disgusted!

The new owner Hannah is amazing! Extreme attention to detail, makes sure nails and toes are perfect. Prices are amazing as well! Can’t go wrong with the spa pedicures or if you want to save money the basic pedicure is great too! Hannah does a great job with the dip powder nails as well, including removal that won’t damage your nails! If you haven’t been here since she purchased the place, you should definitely give it a try, you won’t regret it!
