Great customer service at the front desk very welcoming. The consultation was thorough and I felt like she really listened to my needs. Amanda was gentle with her injections, sweet, and knowledgeable. I usually drive to Austin, but wanted to try some where closer. I was very nervous to go to a new injector because I like to be conservative with my fillers. I had a great experience and will be back. Also my fellow hairstylist you are offered a discount. Just one of many perks.

I always go to Natalie for my facial and chemical peels, and Lauren for my botox. I love that both of them are light handed and they always find a solution for my skin needs. Absolutely love coming here! The entire staff is great! The customer service is above and beyond. I love seeing Brandi for my facials and Lauren for my Botox! I only stopped by to get a couple of skin care products but they have wonderful customer service! Both receptionist’s were super sweet and one helped me find the exact skin care lotions, creams and facial wash for my skin type. She even went out of her way to let me sample some so I can test out the fragrances. I will absolutely be coming back and next time I will probably be spending a lot more money.

Aurora is a great med spa! Compared to some other places, they seem to me to be more comprehensive and up to date. Natalie is who I work with and she is wonderful. She’s knowledgeable & compassionate, very good at what she does, and explains things clearly — I feel very confident going here. The staff was so bright and welcoming as soon as I walked in. They offered me something to drink and showed me to the restroom, checking in with me quickly after to get my welcome paperwork taken care of. The wait was quick although they have a beautiful and comfortable waiting/lounge area. Lauren helped me with my service and was extremely knowledgeable, putting me quickly at ease. She gave me straightforward information about my treatment, taking all awkwardness out of chatting about costs. Take advantage of their membership —worth it! Excited for a great medspa close to home!

This place is amazing! From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles and positive attitudes. I have had two Diamond Glow facials and dermaplaning sessions with Natalie. She was wonderful! She took the time to explain the procedure and products that she was using on my face. She also listened to my concerns with my skin and formulated a skincare routine that fit into my lifestyle. I can see a huge difference in my skin in just a couple of months. I’ve also met with Lauren for a Botox consult. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. You can tell that she is knowledgeable in the field of aesthetics and plans for good outcomes. Headed back for my injections soon. One of my favorite things about Aurora is that there is no pressure to buy products or do any type of service. They talk you through it and allow you to make an informed decision without rushing you. So glad that I chose Aurora! Won’t go anywhere else…EVER!
