I saw Jessica for what was supposed to be a blowout for an event. She was supposed to trim my long hair and took off 3 inches. I told her my hair didn’t hold a curl so she decided curling with a flatiron and tons of hair spray would do it…. my hair fell & looked stringy, she left lines everywhere, and my hair felt/looked awful. I reached out to her and no response so I’m leaving an honest review. They were nice ppl but she did a terrible job on my hair.

I bought a Groupon and tried to get an appointment. I was told that I would be the middle of January before they could see me. No thank you. I refunded my Groupon and will go somewhere where they want to honor their discounts. I doubt a customer paying full-price would have to wait weeks for an appointment.

I have been coming to Auracle salon with my daughter since it first opened. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Gena really knows what she’s doing. It’s obvious because I have to book my appointments 3 months out. She is professional and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Gena and her shop to anyone. I would not go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my hair. Gena is the best!
