Amazing experience with Anna! I was staying in Hilton hotel and was exited to try their beautiful spa, I was debating between massage and facial. Decided to do a facial and never regretted . The best facial ever 🙂 my skin has never look better just after one facial with Anna. Very welcoming, made me feel really comfortable, and explained everything. My visit here was very nice! I was not staying at the hotel, but booked a sugar back scrub and massage here. The front desk attendants were so nice and accommodating (and very thorough). The changing areas/restrooms were nice, as was the lounging area. My massage therapist was very skilled and the experience was super relaxing. I even enjoyed a glass of wine and a fruit and cheese plate after. I would definitely come back here.

Isabelle was great! I felt that they overbook, because I went into one room for my soaking tub treatment…sat out in the waiting area for about 20 minutes ….then went in for my massage. Never will I book on a Saturday again.

This is my 2nd time visiting the spa. It was recommended by my daughter. I drive all the way from Newport News to experience the luxury, peace and serenity! I have had the pleasure of experiencing “spa day” on 2 different occasions with my besties. 1st visit I choose the body scrub and mineral bath services. OOH LALAA! Hard to find words for the luxuriousness I felt! 2nd visit I choose the Warm Vanilla and Bourbon massage and AURA did not disappoint!
