For cut and collor I can’t say how good they are but for styling hair for a wedding day and makeup, they are meh at best. When I go to a salon I want something done that I can’t do. Three of the 6 of us that had makeup done had to fix it after because it wasn’t what we asked for. One of the girls looked ten years older because the makeup was applied so heavily and in darker colors than her face needed and in colors she didn’t ask for. Two of the girls that wanted more volume in their hair could barely fix it afterwards because apparently volume means half a can of hairspray. One girl had 0 curl four hours later. My stylist although very sweet didn’t seem to know how to do what I asked, or just didn’t listen. When we got to the venue I took most of it down to fix it closer to what I wanted, but fighting through the hairspray was challenging. This place is gorgeous inside and can accommodate a bridal party very well. However their staff does not seem to be educated properly in how much product to use nor in how to listen to the client to provide the proper service.

She seriously knows hair and is experienced enough to make recommendations and suggestions as to what will look best on you. I’ve been seeing Heather for about 5 years and don’t trust anyone else.
