Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love it here. The very first time I ever dyed my hair here it turned out great, I can’t remember who did it. The second time I dyed my hair the stylists name was Shaina I think and she also did a very great job! I loved my hair so much! Then for some reason I decided to go to a different salon where I paid $375 for my hair to get absolutely ruined. worst decision of my life. After I got it “fixed” by the girl who ruined it, i still hated it and decided to come back here to get it fixed because of my great experiences before. Mellissa did a great job! She turned the hair I was extremely embarrassed over, into something that I wanted to show off! She is super nice and is very good at her job. My appointment kinda went over the time they expected so another girl, which I believe her name is Taylor (she had green hair), had washed, dried, and styled my hair. She was super nice and made my visit wonderful as well! I love it here, I don’t think ill ever go anywhere else and I recommend it to everyone who asks for a good hair salon! Long story short, I went from tears of sadness from destroyed and ugly hair, to literal tears of happiness thanks to the Aura salon!! Cant wait for my appointment I have coming up!
