My bf surprised me by taking me to get my nails done, and he spent $99 here. It was the worst experience. They told me to pick out my colors and take a seat. When I sat down my nail tech Annie immediately started doing my nails. She didn’t say anything to me. She didn’t ask about my colors or what kind of design I wanted. After starting my nails she had me move seats at least three different times, which was a big inconvenience. After 30 mins she finally asked me what I wanted and I showed her and inspiration picture. She went to grab the colors and they were the wrong shade. I had to speak up and tell her they were wrong. I wanted greens and she brought out blues. After that I showed her the design I wanted, it was super easy. I just wanted a heart on my ring fingers. They look like blobs of green color. I DO NOT recommend getting your nails done by Annie. Everyone else looked like they were having more fun than me. Not to mention how awful she filed them. I wanted an almond shape and it’s just not it:(

I have been coming here for 1.5 years and was always very pleased with the service. This time I think I got someone new and inexperienced. It took 2 hours to do my nails and they are all uneven and not the same shape. Im very disappointed as this used to be my go to nail salon. He was unprofessional and made me soak my nails for 30 mins while he was taking a call with his bank. What a shame. I want a refund or a free set in order to ever go back to this salon.

I was in Ohio visiting family and due to an injury had to stay longer than expected. I was a walk-in at Aura and had no problem being seen right away. I asked for a spa pedicure and S&S manicure. Joe did an excellent job. He was personable, detail oriented, and as a technician, did a fabulous job on my nails. The results were terrific! I can’t recommend him enough. Tip him well if you schedule with him. He is worth it! I also want to say that everyone at the salon was so nice and very concerned as I am temporarily using a walker to get around. They were accommodating and even offered to help walk me out to my ride.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueA group of 6 of us went last Friday 4/16 for my friends birthday. It was one of the worst pedicures any of us have experienced. Personally I wanted a basic pedicure and it lasted less than 15 minutes which is crazy since my feet are TERRIBLE. She barely scrubbed them and when I left the bottom of my feet were still rough and felt like I didn’t even get a pedicure. My shaping was terrible and my polish looked terrible and there were still cuticles that could be seen on every toe. Every single pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes with the massage lasting about 1 minute and barely any pressure being added. By Saturday my toes were hurting and I could not figure out why. Sunday I had enough of the pain and decided to check and see if my toes had somehow gotten ingrown and they did (adding a photo of all the nail I dug out of the sides of my toes). As soon as I removed all of this my toes felt 100% better but I did not have ingrown nails on my smaller toes before I got into this salon. A group of 6 of us went last Friday 4/16 for my friends birthday. It was one of the worst pedicures any of us have experienced. Personally I wanted a basic pedicure and it lasted less than 15 minutes which is crazy since my feet are TERRIBLE. I was there on Jan 6 and I had a late appointment I had the nail tech Annie she did a terrible job not friendly or attentive at all she was rushing because it was getting busy I did not like my nails at all I got sns she did not make my sns medium thick like I asked her and she did not shape them like I asked I was very unhappy I will be going back on Monday for sure to get them re done I work to hard for my money and not to mention the nails cost a pretty penny they need to follow the instructions that the clients give them cause we are the ones who pays your bills and then they stopped doing the 5% off for paying with cash I just really wasn’t happy with the whole experience #disappointed

Worst acrylic nails I’ve ever had and don’t go there if you don’t have hours! It took an hour and a half for the worst pedicure and supposed fill in (no wait). I came in with nails on just needing a fill in but the man (who I am certain was practicing on me) sanded them down so far he had to remove them and start over then charged me for a full set! I had to leave as soon as he finished the polish so I called back to ask for an appointment to have them fixed the next day. They said they would call me back, never called back I called again as they were closing and was told to come in anytime the next day to have them fixed. The next day I received a call from the manager who wanted to give me a specific time to come which did not meet my schedule I told him when I could come and he finally agreed for me to come then. When I arrived he looked at my nails and said the next tech would fix them. The tech angrily and hurriedly sanded them and repainted them. Each nail is a different shape and size I pointed it out and she just continued to file and shape the shorter one. They didn’t even address the horrible pedicure!! $110 completely wasted. Do not waste your time or money

Terrible experience! Technician interrupted my pedicure by disappearing at least 15 times to help front desk staff, other technicians and for other unknown reasons. I asked if this was because she was the owner, she said no, but it didn’t stop.
