First of all, this is the nicest salon I’ve been to in terms of space and decor. The clean aesthetic helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Service was also very good! I appreciated the time they took shaping my nails and trimming my cuticles. I’ve found a lot of places rush this process, but they really paid attention to their work and even went back to the previous step if they noticed they missed something. When I left, my technician helped me with my jacket and bag so I didn’t mess up my regular polish. My nails look great! They go the extra mile here and I’ll definitely be back!

Don’t go here unless you want your time wasted! I was looking for a place to do dip color nails and stumbled upon this location. Beautiful interior is what pulled me in! However, I was told to come back in 1 hour and 30minutes because it was “too busy” (3 employees and 3 customers) even though I didn’t mind waiting I said I would come back. Once I came back an hour and a half later I still had to wait 30minutes after a new customer got serviced. I asked for a discounted percentage of 20% for my 2 hour wait and I was refused the offer. The unfortunate thing is I truly loved my nails but I can no longer return due to my time being taken away.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value0 stars if possible and an F for f u Aura I went here a few weeks ago to remove a poor job of gel builder polish (from a different salon.) I made an advance appointment at Aura, showed up on time, yet they still had me waiting. They weren’t finished with their 2 in front of me, but rather than communicating with me and trying to remedy the situation, they left me. Even to take walk ins (if they had appointments, they were actually very promptly very well catered to) as the trio had manicures and pedicures. I told her I had gel builder I wanted removed, and asked for my nails to be *carefully* cut short, as some were broken, far down, and the tech raised her voice at me to “argue” what I had on my nails, that they were NOT broken ( I waggle a nail that was about broken all the way across, you were saying?) yet wound up repeating the exact thing I said to her…THEN tried to explain herself and her plans, upon seeing my irritation grow–plus I snapped right back at her. I told her she should have been clear and stated her intention from the start (“she needed to remove the gel prior to determining ability to cut my nails.) Its obviously her failure to understand or speak English well. So fix yourself lady, dont project your ignorance onto clients. Since they disliked that all I wanted was to remove my gel polish, they thought allowing me to wait and speak rudely to me was acceptable. I requested they not use the metal electric file to remove my gel builder, as it caused me pain, yet they said they wouldn’t hurt me. They said once with the metal and then soak off, which became 3 times of alternating between the metal and soak off. Why was it such a battle getting that off? I only wanted to give my nails a break a few months and potentially come back. My nails were so thin and sore from that, and they STILL didn’t get all the gel completely off. Its an okay place to get your nails done but I wont be going back. I git a simple pedicure, no fake nails, just a paint job. However, the quality was not good. Parts of the nail were showing and the Polish wasn’t smooth. Plus, the skipped the leg message that comes with a pedicure. Unfortunately they couldn’t do the scrub I asked for but instead of doing something else (like a lotion or something) they just don’t do anything! It was a total let down especially since it was my birthday, I wanted to be pampered. Its a beautiful salon but unprofessional employees. One last was working on my manicure while the other two are sitting behind this bar thing… on the floor, eating their lunch….

My experience here was pretty good… the first time. I hate how my nails look. They are way too heavy and very thick. I usually get them long but the lady decided that I should get them short. She cut me multiple times. I am going to look for a new nail tech.

I had a gel mani and pedi. Within less than a week my nails were chipping. I did go back and they did cover up the chipped spots. The next day another nail is chipped. I wanted to give them another chance, and gave my daughter a regular mani/pedi. Her polish on her mani was chipping the next day. Is it cheap polish? I don’t know. My daughter also pointed out, she never saw them take the pedi tools from an unopened sterile package.
