Worse service ever! First the “nail technician” cut me and didn’t even say sorry or try to stop the bleeding. I was bleeding through my whole appointment! Then she rushed through the whole pedicure (no one else was in the salon, so not like they were busy). I was waiting 20 minutes for mom to get her pedicure done and we started at the same time. As I was drying my toes for 20 minutes I decided to touch to see if they were dry. Nope! So I asked if I could grab the nail polish because I smudged it, she gave me the nail polish but it looked awful. I would think considering I spent money here that they would fix the ONE nail for me. I will never go back and it was a waste of money. Now I have to repaint my nails and smooth my heels better than she did. I should have given myself the $40 instead!

The guy who did my nails did a rushed job. It was powder dust everywhere on working station from previous customers. I paid $55 and the service was worst than what I could of done in my house. My love one wanted to pay for me to get my nails done while we were shopping and never again. There was a lady co worker who wore a skirt that barely covered her goods. She sat in the pedicure charge with her legs open poking at her inner thigh. Weird experience.

I get full gel sets or fills with either traditional French pink and white or colors/designs. The pedicures I get are $35 (+ $5 for French) which is their cheapest choice. The service is 1st come 1st serve. Last visit they didn’t listen to what I asked for. Not everyone wears a mask. Been coming here for 5+ years (4 Seasons Nails upstairs was where I started way b4 this opened). I thought they were owned by the same people but not sure so maybe I will go back to 4 Seasons. It was $108 b4 tip for reg French pedi & gel fill. I’ve never paid that much. If prices went up since 3 weeks ago wish it was posted somewhere!

MOST HORRIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! The guy that did my nails was very very nasty and rude. During the service he was doing a terrible, sloppy and rushed job, he was digging in his nose, by the time he was done my fingers were full of nail polish and he didn’t even attempt to at least clean it. On top of that, the nail desk never gets cleaned after he is done with a client. A lady came in happily after me, I was still there while I waited for my sister, and after 5 minutes of him doing her nails, you could tell by her face that she regretted coming in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE!

I will admit it’s all about who you go to here. I have paid for a 65 pedicure and never even got the massage part, but if you get the right tech the experience can be very nice. Personally Juney is my favorite tech especially for pedicures, never rushes and does everything that is listed, she also has done my nails which I love. I have also had Cindy do my nails and she made them super pointy which I loved. It is a great place, especially if you go to the right techs there. I made a appointment for Juney and was seen right away. They do tend to get pretty busy. They offer a wide variety for gel nail colors, I do wish they offered more non gel colors though, they have a decent variety but another stand of color’s to have more options would be nice.

The quality of this salon has gotten worse and worse. I got a gel manicure on Saturday and the employees were rude as usual and very careless in the application of the gel. As you can see there’s a literal piece of fuzz stuck on the gel on my middle finger and the tip of my pointer finger is missing a little color. This was taken directly after my manicure was finished. Not to mention my nails looked a week outgrown after getting them done because the color doesn’t go all the way to the base of my nail.

first time coming here and last I had the worst experience, the lady was very rude and super rough she cut my fingers and my cuticles my fingers were burning She filed my nails so rough my fingers were literally pulsing for hours I was in so much pain so unprofessional, I asked for a specific design and she added so much different stuff on there that i did not want nor ask for , she applied the gel polish so sloppy and didn’t even bother to try and fix it, I paid over $70 plus she had the Audacity to rudely ask me for a tip. DO NOT COME HERE

I’ve been coming here for some years and usually have a good experience. Initially they said 15 min wait which is fine. We both put our names down and what we were getting done. We waited 30 min before someone asked us again what we wanted even though we told someone and it was written down. It was another 15 min before my daughter who was ahead of me on the list was seen to. Fast forward over an hour later while my daughter is getting seen to, I still haven’t been. Then three walk ins for the same service and three with something different all got seated before me. By this time my daughters almost done and it’s to late for me cause of other plans.

First time going here and was a 30 min wait while they had workers walking around or just sitting there. I was seated with the lady at table one and she did a horrible job. Simply asked for French tip gels and she couldn’t even do that correct. Most of my nails are crooked or filled in so bad that you can see my actual nail under it. The tips she made thicker then the rest of them or most are un even. Overall terrible experience and most likely won’t go there again. She was also rough with the filing and the tools made my cuticles bleed and burn really bad and she was non stop talking, getting distracted and rushing through it. I’m very upset
