I had the BEST Customized Facial ever with the one and only, LAUREEN. She is so sweet, very professional, and gentle. She knew exactly what my skin needed. She takes the right time for each step during the treatment, I was very comfortable and I appreciated how she whispers when she explains the steps during the treatment to keep me relaxed with soothing music. After the facial, I literally felt my face breathing, glowing, and healthy. The Spa in all is sparkling and the facial room is very neat just like the 5 star luxury hotels. They pay attention to every single detail which I like, the appearance of the staff, the guests coffee bar, the colors & decoration, the services catalog, etc. I enjoyed my time there and I will defiantly visit them again and again for more quality me time.

The staff were so kind and found her a last minute same day appointment which truly made her feel so happy. We were greeted with warmth and a festive and relaxing atmosphere! I love Aura! Ive gotten many services here and everyone has been so nice and knowledgeable. The front desk is always welcoming and accommodating. I Love the vibe and services they provide. The nurses are knowledgeable and will guide you through the procedures. They also don’t shy away from telling customers to come back if they’re not happy and that’s always a plus and a sign of confidence for me. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with the results!

This place is incredible!!!!! OMG – I’m so glad I found it! Went in today for a dermal lip filler and I was blown away. First of all, the place is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The receptionist is the sweetest, most welcoming person that I’ve ever encountered at a front desk – like ever. And then JENNY!!! The nurse who did the procedure … she’s extremely patient, thoughtful, friendly (I honestly felt like she was a girlfriend of mine), and she was very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process. I was just so comfortable in there! I hands down recommend this place for any and all of your cosmetic needs!! The owner should be extremely proud of what she’s built and of her employees. Outstanding job! Thank you all so much!

This woman is an absolute gem! If you are reading this review and vacillating about your lips, take my suggestion and schedule an appt.with Lina. You will not be disappointed. I am HONESTLY impressed with Lina. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, thorough, honest, direct and very personable. On top of doing an AMAZING job on my lips, she even gave me her personal cell phone number to be at ease and messaged me to see i made it home safe as i had a 3 hour drive home (which was totally worth it). I highly highly highly recommend seeing and experiencing Lina first hand. She is passionate about what she does.
