Had an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday in July. Stylist Kelly was not there yet. Waited 15 minutes and then was informed that she called in sick. Asked if someone else could take me. Was told they were booked and would need to go somewhere else. The owner called me at 11am and offered me a free haircut. Unfortunately, I had already booked somewhere else.
