they took us in at the last minute which was very nice. but the lady can’t follow directions. i specified i wanted them LIGHTLY cleaned. i like to keep my eyebrows thick. even though i said it several times to make sure, she still thinned them out.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI tried this place out of desperation because my normal eyebrow threading place was closed due to a family emergency. I’ll never return to Aum. My eyebrows came out okay but definitely not anywhere as good as my regular place. First, they were 15 mins late opening the inside was dirty from the day before. There was dust all over the counters and thread on the floor. They had me sit down in a station and then proceeded to to clean up. Second, the girl who did my eyebrows used the a tissue to clean her glasses and then used the same tissue to wipe away my hairs after she was done threading. She didn’t wear gloves while doing my eyebrows. When she did my upper lip I about throw up cause I was so grossed out that she wasn’t wearing gloves and her hand kept touching my mouth. AVOID*** Horrible customer service place ! I wont lie that I used to like coming here until today I was getting ready to pay and I was told that I didn’t pay all my bill last time and showed a screen shot of my receipt . Well apparently the eyebrow lady messed up and forgot to charge me extra for upper lip and chin and she said she had to foot the bill and therefore needed to charge it to my tab! what is wrong with these people that is your fault own it and move on with your $10 dollars ! hope you get

I just went there and the first thing i said was that I’m letting them grow and to just clean them up. Well the lady took it upon herself to make them super thin because my eyebrows weren’t even. CLEARLY if im letting them grow they’re not even. I am so upset. I will never go back. Now I have to let them grow again which is gonna take forever AGAIN.

I love this place. I take my daughter there and the first time she got her eyebrows threaded she cried and gave the woman a hard time. They were patient though and looked great after.

Worst experience ever. Rotates new threaders. Keeps it unpredictable. Latest experience, the young girl used cheap thread, acknowledge my tears of pain as “don’t cry”, and revealed a choppy job when she thought she was finished. I asked to fix it. She then took a chunk out of one of my eyebrows. Neither were even or clean. When I confronted her, she treated me like liar. I’ve been doing this for 13 years. Never was I treated so poorly or confronted in such a unprofessional manner. I’m disappointed my usual spot had come to this. When I asked for the manager’s number they refused to give it to me. Never going back again or to this chain. Moving on…
