Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBrittany is absolutely the best in the CSRA! I’ve had my brows done twice by her and I’m so happy with the overall result. She is very professional and takes her time to explain the procedure from start to finish. She is very thorough and makes sure she answers any questions you may have. The first time I had my brows done I was a little nervous about how dark and thick my brows were after. Brittany assured me once healed they would fade and go down. They did exactly that and I love them! I’ve had complete strangers stop me and ask who does my brows. To me that says a lot about her work. Permanent makeup is an art and a process to to heal. If you are unhappy with your results at least give it the full 2 weeks to heal before jumping to conclusions and leaving a bad review. Each artist has their own style and what they’re good at and Brittany may not be for everyone. The best advice I can give to anyone looking to get PMU is research thoroughly before making an appointment and make sure this is something you want to do. Before I made my first appointment I watched Brittany’s work for several month’s to make sure her style was something I personally liked for myself. As the client it’s your job to speak up and ask for adjustments if you are unhappy with something before going through with the procedure. At the end of the day you are the one who has to wear it, not the artist so don’t let them persuade you into something you’re not comfortable with.
