Great staff. They are friendly, courteous, and make you feel like family instead of just another client. I’ve received several of the services and may I say that my skin is looking great! People have a hard time guessing my true age. Not only are they very thorough in what they do but they’re cost efficient also.They are very hygienic and aim to make sure that you are comfortable during and pleased after the service rendered. They also check on you to follow-up on your treatment. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who needs their services. You’ll be very happy you did!!!!

My desire was to have sunspots removed (and I had a lot of them) and took my time to find just the right place. Kim takes great care in ensuring the satisfaction of her clients as well as their comfort during procedures. Kim has an wonderful bedside manner and her skill is unmatched. I have been going to Augusta Laser since 2009 when they were in Surrey Center. They are the most honest and wonderful staff I know. Angel and Kim are excellent. They will give you the best care.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism since this was located at University Hospital. I expected more out of the staff. For the first appointment, there was only one person working the clinic. She was doing my treatment and working the front desk so my appointment ran much longer than it should’ve. They played inappropriate music with curse words in the treatment room while I was waiting. I did not see any improvements after my treatments making it a waste of money as well. For my last appointment, the staff member spent about 5 minutes on my BBL treatment and hurried off. The staff talked about doing treatments on themselves after hours for free. Go somewhere else so the money being paid is worth it.

Only came for their recent Yelp event where we got 20 dollar massages. Nice place in not the best neighborhood, but I think it’s worth it! The staff are wonderful, welcoming and professional. From what I heard, the massages were top notch, too.

When I call to ask about the chemical peel, they said that there is a free consultation. So as they approach, I never got a reminder call, then the they of my appointment I went in they did not do anything to me that I thought they were gone to do. She pretty much just talk to me something she could have done over the phone, instead of making use gas to come to an appointment to just send me back home. Where was the free consultation?
