Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWalked in, told to wait a few and then watched 2 people play pool in the back… one of them was obviously the one designated to cut my sons hair bcuz the other Barber’s kept looking in that direction in hopes he would stop playing pool. Walked in, told to wait a few and then watched 2 people play pool in the back… one of them was obviously the one designated to cut my sons hair bcuz the other Barber’s kept looking in that direction in hopes he would stop playing pool. Just moved to long Island recently and it looks like I found my barber. I was able to walk in without an appointment and the shop is clean, friendly and the environment is awesome. I just got a cut from Augie and I couldn’t be any happier because the fade is on point and very detailed. Definitely will be coming back here. It’s a great place to get your haircut, if you or you know anyone that needs a cut, check them out.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCalled without an appointment and he told me exactly when would be a good time to come in ( only 30 minutes) everyone was very clean and professional. One guy was constantly cleaning and sanitizing all the chairs and work stations. My skin fade came out great. My previous barber kept screwing up and not giving what I asked for, so I finally decided to try a new place. Glad I came here, definitely a nice spot. Called without an appointment and he told me exactly when would be a good time to come in ( only 30 minutes) everyone was very clean and professional. One guy was constantly cleaning and sanitizing all the chairs and work stations. My skin fade came out great. Horrible Place to go to get hair cut. I went there three times to get hair cut and no luck. They look at your face and decide if they want to provide you service or not. First time when I went to this place, I waited for an hour and finally left . No one approach me even to ask if I want to get hair cut or not. I have no idea who is writing their good reviews. Most likely they are writing their own reviews and giving themselves 4 or 5 stars.

Been coming here for over a year now and I’ve always had great service in terms of courtesy and getting a quality hair cut. Just this past Saturday he (Augie) was very accommodating despite it being super busy because of memorial day weekend and I didn’t have to wait long. All the guys who work there seem to do a fantastic job with haircuts.

Positive: ProfessionalismSo it’s Labor Day & my son starts High School tomorrow. Not only is he going to a new school for the first time since Kindergarten but also in a whole new state. Being the terrible mom i am, didn’t realize that he would need a haircut until today. I had to find a shop that would be able to handle his hair type as well. This would be a little more work as i have to find a shop on a holiday. I called & i was happy when the answered. I asked if i needed an appt & they said no just come on down. I got here & there was no wait. I also noticed a lot of return customers, that’s a good thing. Like they new people names when the walked in like Cheers. Nice environment.
