Absolutely love Dr. Hooper. She is warm and friendly every time you visit with her. She remembers previous conversations and always asks pertinent questions that indicate that she truly cares for each of her clients. I love the fact that she doesn’t push unnecessary procedures or products. She makes sure whatever procedure she is delivering gives you a very natural look. She has gone as far as to care for my husband on two different occasions when he needed immediate assistance and was unable to see his own dermatologist during the pandemic when he came with me. Today she once again stepped up and he was so impressed by the compassion and expertise of her and the nurse practitioner, Camille Yount that he signed on as one of her newest patients.

I’ve been a patient at Audubon Dermatology for many years, being attended, specifically, by Dr. Sara Jackson. The Staff is so very attentive to the patient’s needs. They are professional, kind, gentle speaking, well attired in uniform. They don’t rush patients in obtaining the necessary medical information. They explain everything, the need for certain information, along the way. The office decor is outstanding. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Soft, soothing, gently muted music is played. Comfortable furniture. I always seem to smell a very pleasant fragrance in the air. Dr. Jackson is best. She is attentive. She doesn’t hurry her patients along. She takes whatever, reasonable, amount of time that is required to assess, diagnose and prescribe treatment. Making appointments is an easy process. There is not a long wait time between making an appointment and actually getting into the office. The Staff stays in touch with patients by email, text and phone calls. I highly recommend Audubon Dermatology.
