We received a gift card to visit Audage for a couples massage for our wedding gift this past year. Since it was expiring at the end of 2019, we tried to book an appointment before then. We were excited that there was a small massage business located so close to home since we had just moved to the area and really enjoy having them done. After months of calling, leaving voicemails, and even e-mailing the business we have heard nothing back. We used all forms of contact listed on their website, Facebook, and on their Yelp page. This rating is reflective of this business’ poor customer service, lack of communication, and inability to book an appointment. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot recommend this business.
